i been everywhere man, i been everywhere...

let's see.... since i last wrote a lot has transpired. i wrapped up at Virginia Tech with the end of a great 10 months. drove a 15 hour day in 18 hours because of stopping to see sweet friends along the way. stayed the night in creepy texarkana then drove a 9 hour route in about 14. again, stopped to see friends.

stayed a week in lubbock soaking up the greatness of family and sunshine.
then drove 8 more hours... again a 5+ hour trip with diversions.
stayed the night with some friends.
the collision of worlds was so interesting. 3 students from VA Tech sat at the table with me and another Jman friend who i barely knew in college and his parents whom i had met about 15 minutes prior. it was so interesting.

the next day i met up with my new coworker and partner in crime to caravan to camp.
we drove 2 hours north to Oklahoma in the Arbukle wilderness.
after a staff dinner and a stop at walmart we crashed - but were ready to get up this morning and trick out our personal golf cart. pictures to come.

we're off to another orientation meeting - but just thought i'd bring you up to speed so when i start posting more frequently they won't be a beating... short and sweet...
