this week

this week has been brimming full so far.
full of change
full of people
full of tasks
full of community
full of the presence of God
full


some highlights:
a group fom my home town arrived
a sweet friend came to visit
ej, has continued to bless us and help out so much
so far, the kids up at the roma school have learned a little guitar, how to plant and take care of tomatoes, how to make bricks from paper that can burn in the stove, how to make bracelets out of coke can tabs and how to make friendship bracelets.
so far, i have learned that an ever changing schedule is not the end of the world, not to send a group in a taxi with no translator, how to rely on others to make things run smoothly, more about God's beauty and grace, how to make oatmeal better than ever, that regular coffee grinds don't sink like turkish grinds....

but really i feel like i have been blessed so much already and i still have a week and a half of getting to be around people who God specifically brought to this place in this time. could life get any better? i submit that it can not.
