so spring is really beautiful here. and every one is getting out and walking about and enjoying it. i love it. today, though, i felt like i was seeing some odd things. so i made sure to make notes. let me know... am i just looking for things to pick at?

for instance: two businessmen. one looking ''normal'' in a regular suit and tie, but his shorter businessman friend was wearing a big pink shirt with a purple-y bow tie that was all crooked and lookin' like it was about to come untied. would this have stood out to anyone else?

there was a man going for a jog along the jogging trail on the river.... in a suit and the typical long shiny euro-man shoes... i guess i can't knock it. it takes me forever from decision-time to actual application-time when it comes to exercise. he apparently didn't have to think about it. just go.

as i was drawing this it dawned on me. he was growing it out for a comb over... but today he went with the side-fro. it's a cousin to the mullet. it didn't look like the wind had just caught his little hair-hat. it was seriously fro-ed. and just chillin' like his personal little cumulus cloud.

now this guy... i have seen him before. he was on a tiny little motor scooter (or maybe it was just relatively tiny) racing through the crowds on the pedestrian-only walk way. back and forth back and forth. it was weird. but today, his mode of transportation was a bike. but somehow, it was just as weird.... and i am not exaggerating the hair-don't. i promise.

loved the pics and the descriptions.

I'm just jealous that I can't draw or take cool photos like you to capture the weirdness where I am.

it was seriously good to webcam it up with ya.

love ya.

No, you are not looking for things to pick at. I LOVE your drawings.
To roughly quote ol' doc suess:

"From there to here and here to there, funny things are everywhere."

LOVE the drawings. The comb over grossed me out a little. Maybe that one business man was a clown or something.
